AI Safety Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

TekkAnimate AI is committed to the responsible and safe development and deployment of artificial intelligence. This AI Safety Policy outlines the principles, safeguards, and practices we follow to ensure our AI-powered animation and video generation tools are used safely and ethically.

1. Our AI Safety Principles

  • Safety First: We prioritize user and public safety in every AI feature we build
  • Human Oversight: Users maintain creative control; AI assists but does not replace human judgment
  • Transparency: We are open about what our AI can and cannot do
  • Accountability: We take responsibility for the outputs of our systems and act on misuse
  • Privacy: We do not use your uploaded media or generated content to train our AI models
  • Fairness: We work to reduce bias and ensure our tools serve a diverse global audience

2. Prohibited Content

Our AI systems are designed to refuse generation of:

  • Content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any form
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes of real individuals
  • Realistic depictions or impersonations of identifiable public figures
  • Content promoting terrorism, violence, or human trafficking
  • Instructions for committing violent crimes, building weapons, or creating malware
  • Content that promotes or glorifies kidnapping, hostage-taking, or graphic violence
  • Tutorials for fraud, identity theft, or cybercrime

Every prompt is scanned by our server-side moderation engine before any generation occurs. See our Content Moderation Policy for technical details.

3. Public Figure Protection

We maintain a curated list of well-known public figures — including heads of state, celebrities, athletes, and influencers. When a prompt references a public figure with realistic depiction intent (e.g., "photorealistic," "lookalike," "impersonate"), generation is blocked. Stylized or clearly fictional references that do not impersonate a real person may be allowed.

4. Identity & Reference Preservation

When you upload a person reference image, our system preserves that person's identity across all scenes in your project. This feature is intended for content you have the right to create — such as yourself, a consenting subject, or an original character. You must have permission to use any person's likeness. Uploading someone's image without their consent to create content that misrepresents them is prohibited.

5. Content Watermarking

Free-tier generated videos include a semi-transparent "TekkAnimate AI" watermark to help distinguish AI-generated content from organic media. Paid plans remove the watermark.

6. No Text or Captions in Video

All generated videos are produced free of on-screen text, captions, or subtitles to prevent the creation of misleading or deceptive content with fabricated text overlays.

7. Abuse Prevention

We implement multiple layers of abuse prevention:

  • Free-trial eligibility tracked by normalized email to prevent repeat claims across accounts
  • Server-side credit verification before every generation
  • Rate limiting and suspicious activity detection
  • Moderation logging with user, prompt, and decision audit trails
  • Security event logging for fraud, manipulation, and unauthorized access attempts

8. Reporting Safety Issues

If you encounter AI-generated content that violates this policy or believe our AI systems produced unsafe output, please report it through our Contact page. We investigate all reports and take corrective action, including model adjustments and account sanctions.

9. Continuous Improvement

We continuously evaluate and improve our safety systems, including updating our moderation rules, expanding public figure lists, and refining detection patterns. We also monitor emerging AI safety standards and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance.
