Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behavior expected from all TekkAnimate AI users. By using our Service, you agree to follow these guidelines. They work alongside our Terms of Service, AI Safety Policy, and Content Moderation Policy to keep the platform safe and welcoming for everyone.

1. Be Respectful

• Treat other users, the TekkAnimate team, and our partners with respect
• Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others
• Do not use hate speech, slurs, or derogatory language targeting any group
• Respect differences in culture, language, and background — our community is global

2. Create Responsibly

• Only upload content you have the right to use, including images, audio, and scripts
• Do not upload images of people without their consent, especially for use in AI-generated content
• Do not create content that impersonates real people, including public figures
• Do not generate content that could deceive or mislead viewers into believing it is real footage
• Clearly label AI-generated content when sharing it externally

3. No Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be blocked by our moderation engine:

• Content that sexualizes or exploits minors
• Non-consensual intimate content or deepfakes
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or human trafficking
• Instructions for committing crimes or creating weapons
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that defames, harasses, or endangers others

4. No Abuse of the Platform

• Do not attempt to manipulate credit balances or bypass payment systems
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or credits
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or extract bulk data from the platform
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Do not share your account credentials with others

5. Report Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through our Contact page. Include as much detail as possible, including the project or content reference. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal and credit forfeiture
• Account warnings
• Temporary suspension of generation privileges
• Permanent account termination
• Referral to law enforcement for illegal activity

The severity of the consequence depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. We strive to be fair and consistent in our enforcement.

7. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision or account action was made in error, you can appeal through our Contact page. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.

8. Updates

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect evolving standards and platform capabilities. We will notify users of significant changes.
