You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs (including uploaded reference images, prompts, and scripts) do not infringe on the copyrights of others. Uploading copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use is prohibited and may result in content removal and account suspension.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts for single instances of egregious infringement.

6. False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA notification or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
