Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any profile details you provide (display name, preferred language, country, timezone).

Project Content: We store the projects you create, including story ideas, scripts, scene descriptions, character references, uploaded images, generated videos, and audio clips.

Uploaded Media: Images you upload as character or product references are stored securely and used solely to generate your animations. We do not use your uploaded media to train our AI models.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including device type, browser, pages visited, timestamps, and feature usage patterns.

Payment Information: When you purchase credits or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix). We do not store your full card details — only transaction records and order identifiers.

• To generate animations, videos, and audio content based on your inputs
• To process payments and manage your credit balance and subscription

3. Content Moderation & Safety

We scan all prompts and uploaded content for prohibited material and public-figure impersonation before generation. Moderation decisions (including the prompt, risk category, and outcome) are logged to maintain a safe platform. These logs are accessible only to administrators. 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: AI generation providers, payment processors, and hosting services that help us operate the platform
• Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice to you)

5. Data Security

We implement layered security controls including email-verified authentication, row-level data isolation (you can only access your own projects and media), server-side credit operations, idempotent payment webhooks with JWT verification, and encrypted data storage. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, your account enters a 7-day recovery period during which your projects, credits, and data are preserved. After 7 days, all personal data is permanently deleted. Free-trial eligibility is tracked by normalized email to prevent abuse and may be retained after account deletion for this purpose only.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
