Terms of Service

Welcome to TekkAnimate AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TekkAnimate AI website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate videos, images, audio, or other content. Credits may be obtained through a free welcome bonus, credit pack purchases, or subscription plans.

• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
• Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan terms
• Credit balances and transactions are managed server-side and cannot be manipulated client-side
• Free trial credits are limited to one per user, tracked by normalized email to prevent abuse
• Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors
• Create non-consensual intimate content or deepfakes of real people
• Depict realistic impersonations of identifiable public figures
• Promote violence, terrorism, human trafficking, or illegal activities
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to manipulate credit balances, bypass payment, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use the Service for automated scraping or bulk data extraction
• Harass, defame, or harm other users

All prompts and uploads are scanned by our content moderation engine before generation. Violations may result in content blocking, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund. See our Content Moderation Policy and Community Guidelines for details.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the content you generate using the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading or generating content, you grant TekkAnimate AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights. You are solely responsible for Your Content and any consequences of generating or sharing it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by TekkAnimate AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. All charges are in major units (e.g., dollars, not cents). Wix rejects charges under 0.50 in the charged currency. See our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekkAnimate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, credits, projects, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion enters a 7-day recovery period, after which all your data is permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TekkAnimate AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
